Manasota Key Florida

Manasota Key is a barrier island off of Englewood and features Stump Pass State park as well as several other beaches and parks.

Manasota Key straddles both Charlotte County and Sarasota County and features vacation rental homes, vacation condominiums, and some of the favorite beaches found on the Cape Haze Peninsula.
Unlike its neighboring barrier island of Palm Island, Manasota Key is accessible by northern and southern bridges that connect to the mainland.  Here you will find Stump Pass State Park, and several  Charlotte County parks and Sarasota County parks.

Manesota Key vacation rentals often include either Gulf of Mexico beach front, or front the Intracoastal waterway.  Some of the private homes and condominiums on Manasota Key front either onto the Gulf of Mexico or the Intracoastal Waterway, some have both beach front and backwater access. 

While tranquil compared to the more well known Florida barrier islands, Manasota and the nearby locale offers ample restaurants, shops, and water sports.
