Many of our guests enjoy staying at Cape Haze Peninsula and the surrounding communities of Cape Haze, Boca Grande, Palm Island, Englewood, Placida Manesota Key; and are interested in long term rentals. Some of our property owners who do not accept short term rentals are perfectly willing to take a long term rental of three months or longer.
