"Here Comes the sun" is a brand new beach house on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bocilla Lagoon.  The home has a private boat dock directly on Bocilla lagoon. 

The spacious 3600 square foot Palm Island beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 8.  A gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counters.  Just of the the kitchen is the dining room which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and seats 8.  The living room features a gas fireplace with a flat screen TV and surround sound.  On the lagoon side is a private deck with large hot tub and a charcoal barbecue. 

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the master suite offers with king size bed and sitting room.  An entertainment room with wet bar, DVD and Stereo also serves as a fifth bedroom.
