Boca Vista Harbor is located alongside the full service Gasparilla Marina, where wet slips can be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. The Placida Fishing Pier is a quick three minute walk or bike ride from Boca Vista Harbor, here you can spend the afternoon catching Trout, Snook, Ladyfish, and Redfish. Units at Boca Vista range from 1300 sqft two bedroom units to three bedroom penthouses.
By boat or car, the Beaches on Boca Grande are only a short ride away. Spend the day searching for sharks teeth and shells at Gasparilla Island Beach State Park, or visit the tiny island town of Boca Grande. Your options are endless.
We are part of the "Old Florida" your parents talk about. Boca Vista is a paradise overlooking Gasparilla Sound. If you love to fish, or want to give it a try, we have relationships with professional fishing guides who fish Gasparilla Sound and will pick you up at the dock.
